Rachel G. Scott
Chief Executive Officer
is a wife, mother, speaker, author, and CEO of Team Kingdom Impact, Inc. She is a graduate of Kansas State University and the University of Mary where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Sociology and Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
Rachel is the Founder of I Can’t Come Down and Co-Founder of Better Than Blended, LLC. and several other growing businesses with her husband.
Rachel has a passion for encouraging women in all walks of life and is deeply devoted to service to God, loving and honoring her husband and raising her children in a Godly home where they experience authenticity and learn to embrace their imperfections.

Willie J. Scott, Jr.
Chairman of Board
is a husband, father, author, speaker, mentor and award-winning community advocate. He is the Chairman of the Board for Team Kingdom Impact, Inc. He worked as a property manager for over 15 years and now owns and operates his design and printing company, TKI Design and Printing and TKI Publishing.
He is the co-founder of the nationally and internationally known blended family organization called Better Than Blended LLC. Willie has a passion for encouraging Men and seeing them lead well in their marriages, families and communities.
His love for Christ and unashamed commitment and dedication to his family is recognized by all who know him.
Eric Graves
Board Member
is a professional Parent Coach, Certified Speaker, Business Owner, and Director.
He is the owner of DREAM and EG Graves Enterprise and has a desire to ‘help children have confident parents.’ Eric has over fifteen years of experience in youth ministry and twenty years of experience in performing arts. He is a homeschool dad and father to two adult children.
Eric has a passion for the things of God and helping others grow spirtually and practically.
Kiantra Thompson
Director of Communications and Secretary of Board
is a wife, mother, nurse, entrepreneur, aspiring author and the founder of Beautifully Flawed YOU. She loves supporting others around her and encouraging them to walk in the assignments God has given them.
Her heart for the things of God leads her to having a strong desire to dig deeper into his word and seek his insight and wisdom. She is passionate about family, friendship, and spiritual growth.
